The moon cycles are a very powerful energy and they move the waters of the earth. With our bodies made up of 60% water – they move the energies in us also, so we are very connected to the moon. In the cycle of the moon, the full moon quickens the energy for completions, for releasing blocks that are affecting our lives and for clearing our hearts of burdens that we carry. The full moon reflects the sun, lighting the darkness with its transformational properties.
Because all of us are in the process of evolving and ascending, this is a wonderful opportunity to release any blocks in our 12th Chakra of Ascension. Using Sound Reiki®, Heather Hannan, Ascension Master and Sound Reiki Master Teacher, will activate light and sound codes within each of us that allow us to increase our vibrational frequency. We can utilize the energy from that frequency to do remarkable things. Self-healing takes place, we expand our awareness, our consciousness and our intuitive/artist gifts and we then attract experiences that feed our growth, happiness and heart’s desire.
We sit in chairs for this meditation. Please dress comfortably and bring a bottle of water.
